For a long time, I’ve had a strong desire to help others by alleviating their pain and assisting them live healthier lives. In practice, I combined this desire with a focus on active rehab; incorporating exercise, education, collaboration with patients, and manual therapy to achieve the best outcomes.
I graduated from UBC with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, and the University of the Fraser Valley with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. I believe learning never ends and am motivated to further my physiotherapy education and training. Most recently I am training to become a Certified Hand Therapist. Additionally, I am trained to effectively treat a number of vestibular conditions.
In addition to physiotherapy, my passions include rock climbing, skiing, and hiking. You can expect to find me exploring one of our local mountains on any given weekend.

Megan received her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from UBC in 2011. Prior to this, she studied Exercise Science concentrating in Physical Therapy at the University of Akron in Ohio. Complimenting her physiotherapy skill set, Megan is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and has her Functional Dry Needling/Intramuscular Stimulation (FDN/IMS) certification. She feels that being a life long student is important and takes every opportunity to expand her knowledge as a physiotherapist.
As an athlete herself, and having varying injuries, Megan feels she is able to relate well to her clients. While completing her bachelor’s degree at Akron, she competed in Division I softball. Furthering her softball career, she played on the Canadian National Softball team and professionally in Italy. Megan enjoys all sports; she has also competed recreationally in volleyball, soccer, floor hockey, dance and basketball.
Megan loves spending time with her family; her husband, two daughter’s and dog. She takes every opportunity to be outside whether it’s enjoying the parks with her girls, camping or seeking new outdoor adventures.

Inder completed her Master’s in Physical Therapy at UBC in 2016, shortly after completing her Bachelor in Kinesiology degree at the University of the Fraser Valley. Inder has a strong interest in musculoskeletal and sports injuries. She believes in providing quality care and treating the root of the problem. Her treatment approach involves a combination of manual therapy, functional dry needling (IMS), exercise therapy, and education to assist her clients in developing an individualized rehabilitation program to get you moving better and pain free.
Inder has her Level 1 Orthopedic and Manual Therapy certification and is also certified in Functional Dry Needling/Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS). She has had further training in treating vestibular conditions and torticollis in children. She values the importance of continuing education and plans on continuing to take educational courses to enhance her skill set.

Laura is a graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, and has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since the fall of 2013. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of BC and the Massage Therapists Association of BC.
Laura has experience treating a wide variety of conditions, from postural imbalances, chronic pain, whiplash, and sports injuries, to headaches, pregnancy, and postpartum conditions. She primarily employs a blend of deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, and myofascial release. Laura believes in a holistic approach to massage therapy, making sure to assess and treat supporting structures, as well as the area of complaint, to best achieve resolution of an issue.
